1. Controller

This privacy policy applies to the Stratforge giveaway website, including the entry page and the draws offered there. Other Stratforge offerings (e.g. the mentorship programme) are covered by the privacy notices published there.

2. Principles and legal bases

We process personal data in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, proportionality and purpose limitation under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies — in particular for participants residing in the EEA — we base processing on the following legal grounds:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), e.g. for winner publication,
• Contract / running the giveaway (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), e.g. for processing your entry data and prize fulfilment,
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), e.g. for the secure operation of the website and fraud prevention.

3. Hosting and server logs (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, Netlify automatically processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system (server log files). This processing is required to provide, stabilise and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Netlify may process data in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and — for Switzerland — the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: netlify.com/privacy.

4. Google Fonts

For consistent presentation we use fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page loads, your browser retrieves the fonts from Google servers; your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process and Google learns that our website was accessed via your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Free entry via TikTok

Free entry into the monthly draw is possible via interactions with the videos of the TikTok account @tdctrades. To take part, you provide your TikTok handle on the entry page (see section 6). Using the handle you provided, we also verify that you follow @tdctrades (a participation requirement) and whether the required interactions were reached — compared against the interactions traceable via our account, in particular publicly visible comments and likes shown to us. The legal basis is the operation of the giveaway (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

TikTok is a service of TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland). Your use of TikTok — including your interactions with our videos — takes place within your own relationship with TikTok; TikTok's privacy policy applies. We do not embed TikTok content on this website.

6. Entry form (submitting entries)

Data collected

When you submit an entry from a purchase on the entry page, we collect:

• your Discord username,
• your TikTok handle (required for TikTok entries; optional for purchase-only entries),
• your email address,
• per order: the selected prop firm, the purchase date and the order number,
• your confirmations (use of the code, Discord membership, acceptance of the Official Rules).

Purposes

• verification of your purchases and allocation of entries to the relevant monthly draw,
• verification of the TikTok entry: comparing your handle against the interactions traceable on the @tdctrades account (likes, comments, shares),
• fraud prevention (e.g. duplicate or manipulated submissions),
• contacting you and fulfilling prizes if you win.

The legal basis is the operation of the giveaway you enter by submitting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in correct, abuse-free administration (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Form processing (Formspree)

We use Formspree, Inc. (USA) as a processor to transmit the entry form. The data you enter is transmitted to us via Formspree's servers and temporarily stored there. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

7. Transaction data from partner prop firms

If you use the code TDCTRADES or our partner link when purchasing or resetting with one of our partners (Apex Trader Funding, Lucid Trading, Alpha Futures, MyFundedFutures), we may receive transaction information from the respective partner (in particular date, code used, order reference and the details required for matching). We compare this data with your entry submission to verify your entry. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The partners' own privacy policies apply exclusively to their processing — including your purchase contract with the partner.

8. Discord and membership verification

Taking part in the draws requires membership of our Discord server. Before the draw, we check whether you are a server member using the Discord username you provided. In doing so we process your Discord username and membership status (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Discord is a service of Discord Inc. (USA). If you join our server or use Discord, Discord processes your data under its own responsibility; Discord's privacy policy applies. We do not embed Discord content on this website — joining takes place exclusively via an external link.

9. Winner notification and publication

We notify winners by email to the address provided in the entry form. Publication of a win on this website or on Discord (e.g. with first name, abbreviated surname or Discord username) takes place only with your prior consent, which we obtain separately if you win (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For prize fulfilment (e.g. setting up a funded account with the partner or shipping a physical prize) we share the necessary data with the respective partner or shipping provider (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

10. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Only the technically necessary server log data described in section 3 is processed.

11. External links

This website contains links to external services (partner prop firms, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). When you click them you leave our website; the respective providers are solely responsible for the data processing there.

This website and all forms are transmitted encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and restrict access to the persons entrusted with running the giveaway.

14. Your rights

Subject to the FADP or GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the data stored about you,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure or restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests,
• withdraw consent with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, contact managment@rentana-ag.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EEA the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence.

15. Changes to this policy

We update this privacy policy when the legal situation, the website or our data processing changes. The version published here applies.
