1. Promoter

The draws are in no way connected to Apple, Discord, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube and are neither sponsored, endorsed nor organised by these companies. The partner prop firms (Apex Trader Funding, Lucid Trading, Alpha Futures, MyFundedFutures) solely provide the accounts offered as prizes and act as purchase sources within the meaning of section 3.

2. Eligibility

• Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to enter.
• Employees and agents of Rentana AG / Stratforge and their relatives are excluded.
• Entry is excluded in countries where such promotions are unlawful. Each participant is responsible for the lawfulness of their participation under the laws of their country of residence.
• Participation requires that the participant follows the TikTok account @tdctrades and is a member of the promoter's Discord server. Both are verified before the draw; tickets of participants who do not meet these requirements at the time of the draw do not take part.
• Multiple entries per person via several tickets are permitted (section 3); entry via third parties, automated means or false identities is prohibited and leads to exclusion.

3. Entry and tickets

There are two equal ways to enter:

• Free entry via TikTok (no purchase): Participants who reach at least 100 interactions (likes, comments, shares) on videos of the account @tdctrades with their TikTok account in the current calendar month and submit their TikTok handle via the entry page receive one ticket for the monthly draw of that month (a maximum of one TikTok ticket per person per month). Only interactions that are traceable to the promoter via the @tdctrades account are decisive (in particular likes shown to us and publicly visible comments); verification takes place before the draw based on the handle provided. Interactions that cannot be traced due to a participant's privacy settings cannot be taken into account. Artificially generated interactions (bots, purchased engagement) lead to exclusion under section 6.
• Entry via qualifying purchases: Every qualifying purchase or reset of an evaluation at Apex Trader Funding, Lucid Trading, Alpha Futures or MyFundedFutures using the code TDCTRADES or via the partner link on the giveaway page counts as one ticket. This ticket takes part in the monthly draw of the purchase month. Multiple purchases generate multiple tickets; there is no limit.

No purchase is necessary. Purchases merely increase the number of tickets. The purchase price of the evaluations is the regular consideration for the respective partner's product and not an entry fee; the chance of winning is equally available via the free TikTok entry.

The transaction data transmitted to the promoter by the respective partner is decisive for matching purchases. Purchases made without the code or without the partner link may not be attributable; in that case there is no claim to a ticket.

4. Draws and prizes

• Monthly draw: on the last calendar day of the month. The prizes stated on the giveaway page for the respective month are drawn — currently two funded evaluation accounts with one of the partners and one month of Stratforge Premium (three winners, one prize each).

Draws are held at random among all valid tickets of the respective period. The type, number and value of the prizes follow the information on the giveaway page at the time of the respective draw. The promoter reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equal or higher value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

5. Winner notification and delivery

• Winners are notified by email and announced on Discord (names published only with consent, see the Privacy Policy).
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize lapses and a new winner is drawn.
• Funded account prizes are set up directly with the respective partner in the winner's name; the Premium month is activated on the winner's Stratforge account or Discord. The partner's terms additionally apply (including age and country restrictions, KYC). If the winner cannot meet these terms, the promoter will, at its discretion, draw a new winner or provide an equivalent substitute.
• Physical prizes are shipped to the address provided by the winner.

6. Exclusion from participation

The promoter may exclude participants who violate these rules, use unfair means (e.g. manipulated purchases, chargebacks after ticket allocation, multiple identities) or provide false information. In such cases prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retroactively.

7. Cash payout, transferability, liability

• Cash payout or exchange of prizes is excluded. Prize claims are not transferable.
• The promoter is liable only for damage arising from injury to life, body or health and for intent and gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• The promoter gives no warranty for the services, availability and terms of the partner prop firms (in particular the funded accounts).

8. Early termination and changes

The promoter may change, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if proper execution cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons. Tickets already acquired will in that case take part in the next draw held, if any.

9. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data in connection with the draws can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Risk disclosure

Trading futures and other leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk and can lead to the complete loss of the capital employed. A funded account won does not constitute investment advice, a financial service of the promoter or any guarantee of trading success.

11. Final provisions

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is — to the extent legally permissible — Sarnen (OW), Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the participant's country of residence remain unaffected. Legal recourse regarding the draw itself is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
